Fall Volunteer Fair

Wednesday, September 5, 2018. Student Union Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). 2:00pm - 4:00pm 

Looking for volunteers? This fair is a great opportunity for non-profit organizations!

Registration opens end of July 2018! 


  • Registration will be reviewed by CECE staff. Email confirmation will be sent to contact once approved 
  • Employers with outstanding fees will not be permitted to attend the fair, until their account is paid.

Fees and Payment 

  • The Volunteer Fair registration is $25.00 per table. Payment is due prior to the event.
  • Payment options include Credit Card and Checks. Please include 54CAF in the mailing address when sending check.  

Registration includes: 

  • One 8-foot rectangle table with cover and 2 Chairs 
  • On-Campus Parking (one spot)

Cancellation Policy 

  • In the event that a company chooses to withdraw from the career fair, the following refund policy will apply. 
    • Cancellations received two weeks before the event will receive registration fee minus $50.00 refund 
    • No refund will be issued two weeks prior to the event. 
  • No shows will be billed 

Display/Set-Up Guidelines

  • Employer table placement is “first come, first served."
  • Space is limited between tables, please be considerate of your neighbors when displaying your signs.
  • Bring display items, give-aways, business cards, brochures, applications etc.
  • Due to limited space, we cannot store materials prior to the event.

Event Advertising 

  • The Fall Volunteer Fair will be advertised on campus to students. All volunteer opportunities can be linked to your registration on RunnerLink. 

Parking Instructions

  • All participants must park in Parking Lot M upon entering campus. Parking permits must be displayed on dashboards.
