	Robert M. Yohe, II, Ph.D., RPA Director
	Dr. Yohe has extensive experience in cultural resources management, having worked as a professional archaeologist for both Federal and State agencies during his career. He previously served as the State Archaeologist and State Historic Preservation Officer for Idaho (1993-1999) and is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside. He has more than 26 years of experience in western North American archaeology, providing expertise in lithic technology, faunal analysis, and human osteology. Dr. Yohe is an Associate Professor at CSUB.

	L. Suzann Henrikson, Ph.D., RPA Associate Director
	Dr. Henrikson is a graduate of the University of Oregon and has 23 years of experience in Great Basin archaeology. She has worked for the BLM, the Idaho Museum of Natural History, and the State Museum of Anthropology at the University of Oregon. Her recent experience includes serving as Principal Investigator for a major transportation corridor project in the Northwest (Oregon DOT). Her expertise in Section 106 and Geographic Information Systems benefits the needs of state, federal and private agencies.

	Rebecca S. Orfila (Becky), M.A., RPA Assistant Director
	Mrs. Orfila is a masters graduate of CSUB and has 6 years of experience in contract archaeology, including assessments of both historical and prehistoric cultural resources under CEQA. Her area of expertise is the archaeology of the southern San Joaquin Valley and western Mojave Desert, with an emphasis on historical archaeology.
