- Must have completed two or more upper division accounting courses
- Overall GPA 3.00 or higher

- This award alternates yearly between the Communications Department & the School of Business.
- Student must demonstrate an interest in advertising or the free enterprise system (SIFE).
Real Estate
Bakersfield Chapter of Appraisal Institute

- Interest in real estate appraisal
- Overall GPA of 3.00 or better
