How do I sign up to use WebPrint online job submission?

Simply go to WebPrint and register.

CSUB Faculty and Staff may have to provide the following information before submitting a webprint order:

  • department ID
  • account number (this number is typically 660002)
  • fund number.


What if WebPrint will not accept my copy?

  • If Webprint says "Cannot Price" you will not be able to continue. Please delete and resubmit with the "Order from a Hard Copy" option. Email the document to bconner2@csub.edu for printing OR mwinton@csub.edu for design.
  • Explain the problem in the "Special Instructions" area of WebPrint and forward your file to the Print Shop email for evaluation.
  • Please be sure to include your WebPrint order number in the subject line of your email.


What if I make a mistake when I place my order?

When your order is put into production the CSUB Print Shop Staff will check to make sure that the items are best suited to your particular job. If the Print Shop staff has any questions, you will be contacted so that your selections can be reviewed and verified.

What are the standard sizes that I can upload?

Standards sizes are

  • 8.5"x11"
  • 8.5"x14"
  • 11"x17"
  • 12"x18"

If you have difficulty uploading a file that is not one of the dimensions above, please "order from a hard copy" in WebPrint and forward your file to the Print Shop (referencing your WebPrint order number in the subject line of your email).


I entered my job information into WebPrint and don't think the price is correct. What should I do?

Before your job is moved into the completed area of WebPrint the price will be modified if incorrect.


How can I receive an estimate before I submit my job for printing?

You can quickly receive a quote through WebPrint's price quote function.
