QUALIFICATIONS

Students must:

• Have a minimum 2.0 gpa.
• Commit to meet with mentor three times a quarter.
• Communicate with mentor via email.
• Participate in midpoint and quarter evaluation and survey.
• Attend a mandatory orientation.

Mentors must:

• Hold a stable job where the mentor has worked for at least 5 years.
• Be able to commit to a student; to meet at least three times a quarter. 
• Communicate with student via email.
• Complete at least one of the suggested activities with student within a quarter.  Suggested activities are provided on next page.
• Participate in a midpoint and quarter evaluation and survey.

(Please note: A quarter consists of 10 weeks within three months.)
