Process for submitting a request:
- All course fee requests must be signed by the requestor, approved by the Department Chair, Dean of the School and the Provost and forwarded to the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs.
- All campus fee requests must be signed by the requestor, approved by the respective Vice President and forwarded to the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs.
- Meeting dates for Committee meetings and fee presentations are indicated in the chart above.
