Having trouble viewing Unofficial Transcripts?

The View Unofficial Transcript functionality opens up a second browser window (or tab) to display the actual Transcript in Adobe PDF format. Most problems are related to a Pop-Up blocker on your browser preventing the 2nd window from opening, or a problem with the PDF Reader.

To resolve the Pop-Up blocker issue, you can either disable all Pop-Up blocking or you can add our sites to your Pop-Up blocker exception list ( *.csub.edu and *.cms.calstate.edu ).

Make A Payment button not responding?

Nothing happens when you click on the Make a Payment Button? Most likely one or more pop-up blockers are preventing access.

The Make a Payment button goes to our external vendor's website (CASHNET) and many browsers block access to external websites from within another. 

 

 

Disabling Pop-Up Blockers

Pop-Up blockers can be enabled in browsers, anti-virus software, and Toolbars such as Google, Yahoo, & MSN. We've had instances where people had 3 separate Pop-Up blockers enabled on one browser (one for Internet Explorer, one for Google toolbar, and a 3rd for a Yahoo Toolbar!).

Adobe PDF Reader

Unofficial transcripts are produced in Adobe PDF format so your workstation will also need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed. Considering the widespread use of PDF Documents on the internet these days, it's likely that your workstation already has the capability to display PDF files.
