An online website available through subscription to scholars, students, and readers interested in researching manuscript document contained in Woolf’s resource notebooks for Three Guineas. The website contains complete digital facsimiles of the Reading Notes for Three Guineas—Monks House Papers B16f, Volumes 1, 2, and 3; extensive contextual and cross-referencing notes linked to each manuscript page, transcriptions of handwritten notes, abstracts describing the books from which Woolf copied notes; a bibliographical guide to the connections between Woolf’s footnotes in Three Guineas and the Reading Notes; scholarly essays on topics associated with the Reading Notes and Three Guineas. Subscribers are entitled to continuous updates and additions to the site throughout the course of their annual subscriptions. Such updates will include expansion of manuscript facsimiles to Monks House Papers B16a-e and Reading Notes volumes from the New York Public Library Berg Collection, additions to contextual notes, additions to summaries of books consulted by Woolf, and additions to scholarly essays, among others. Subscribers will also be invited to submit scholarly work to the website subject to peer review.
