Search Instructions
The following are instructions to help better understand the functions of the online telephone Directory Lookup.
The LOOKUP button can be found on the campus homepage.

There are many way to perform searches using the Directory Lookup.

Under SEARCH RESULTS the maximum entries per page are displayed. This will allow scrolling to additional pages. Click on the arrows pointing left and right to search, or click on the symbol to the right of the arrows to search all. You may also sort using the triangular sort arrows located to the right of each column title.
Search by Last Name
If you are unsure of the spelling of the last name, type in the first few letters only, or one letter only.Click on Search, and scroll until the name is found. Use the SORT ARROWS to see the end of the list first.
To find: Iyasere
- Type In: "i" or "iy"
- Click [Search]

Search by First Name
You can search by first name only if you can't recall a person's last name. If you are unsure of the spelling of the first name, type in the first letter or the prefix of the first name. Click on Search, and scroll down until the name is found. If it is not found, scroll up the page. Look under SEARCH RESULTS, and click on the arrows to further the search.To find: Jana
- Type In: "j"
- Click [Search]

Search by Extension
If you know the extension of an individual or department, type in the extension number. Click on Search.

Search by Title
If you know the title of an individual, type in the title or the first letter of the title.Click on Search, and scroll down until the title is found. If the title is not found, scroll up the page.
Look under SEARCH RESULTS, and click on the arrows to further the search.

Search by Department
If you know the Department, type in the Department or the first letter of the Department.Click on Search, and scroll down until the Department is found. If it is not found, scroll up the page.
Look under SEARCH RESULTS, and click on the arrows to further the search.

Top Sometimes an incorrect entry is made in the DIRECTORY LOOKUP menu. The No Extensions Found message will appear.
Click on the DIRECTORY LOOKUP link at the top of the page and chose one of the different search methods.
