Institute for Social & Community Research

The Institute for Social & Community Research (ISCR) is the behavioral and organizational research arm of California State University, Bakersfield and its Foundation. Our primary interests are to conduct applied research relevant to practical and pressing issues in the Greater Bakersfield community, Southern San Joaquin Valley, and the State of California. We also can and do conduct national and multinational research programs.
