Meeting Maker 5 Rollout to Campus

What is Meeting Maker?

Meeting Maker is the campus' online calendaring system that helps users with time management and scheduling meetings.

Do I have an account and if so what's my userid and password?

All faculty and most staff have accounts on Meeting Maker. Your userid will be the same as your email and the passwords are initially set to your username.

How can I install the Meeting MakerŠ software on my machine?

There are two ways you can install the Meeting Maker software on your machine. One, you can download it from ftp://ftp.csub.edu . Follow the directions in the Readme.txt for configuring your software. Second, if you need assistance installing the software, you can call the User Support Helpline at 664-2307.

Where can I get information on using Meeting MakerŠ?

A Meeting Maker Quick Reference Sheet is attached to this email message and will also be available as an Acrobat Reader document named MMQRG.PDF. This file can be found in the Meeting Maker directory of the campus FTP site at ftp://ftp.csub.edu.

I've installed the software and tried to login, but I get an error message stating that my userid and password is incorrect. What do I do?

Call the User Support Helpline at 664-2307 or email mmadmin@csub.edu for status verification of your account.
