Q:  I am in the middle of listening to a long message and missed the telephone number.  I do not want to review the whole message again.  Is there any way to go backward in a message?

A:  When you are listening to a message and wish to back up the message, you may press 3 to back up five seconds.  Every time you press 3 , you will go back in the message five seconds.

Q:  I have pressed 6 to review a message and want to by-pass most of the message.  Is there anyway to advance ahead to what I want to hear?

A:  After pressing 1 to listen or 6 to review, you may press 9 to advance five seconds into the message. Every time you press 9, you will advance five seconds into the message.

Q:  How do I listen to saved messages?

A:  Press 5 to listen to saved messages.

Q:  I have eight saved messages and want to listen to the last message I saved.  How can I by-pass the first seven messages?

A:  After you press 5 to listen to saved messages, your first message will start playing.  Press 7 to skip to the next message.  You may press the 7 key for each message you wish to skip.  The messages you skip will remain as saved messages.

Note:  You may also skip to the next new message.  The messages you skip will remain as new messages.
