Over the last several years, ITSS has offered workshops on the major software applications common to all users at CSUB. As part of that process, booklets were compiled and handed out to serve as an additional resource for attendees. We have found that they are also a great resource for those who wish to learn at their own pace. As such, we offer those handouts here for all to download and use.

Basic PC Maintenance

Security Awareness Training
