About ITSS
History
IRTS was formed in 1999 by bringing together the software (User Support),
hardware (Computer Tech Support), and equipment technician (Electronics
Tech Support) groups under a common supervisor. This stratigic move was
intended to foster an even higher level of cooperation between the
various groups resulting in an unprecedented quality of service to the
campus computer and electronic user's community.
