Scholarship Award Announcement

When he retired as Provost, Dr. Jim George created a scholarship to be awarded annually to a high-achieving history student who has not yet completed the degree. The first James H. George Scholarship (for 2005-2006) has been awarded to senior history major Cynthia Trevino.  Congratulations, Cynthia!

The 2006-2007 James H. George Scholarship recipient is Tiffany Smith, who expects to graduate some time next year. Congratulations, Tiffany!
