Registration Deadlines

March 15, 2002 – EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION EXTENDED TO MARCH 15, 2002. To recieve the Early Bird registration fee discount, your registration form must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2002.

            Early Bird Registration:            Faculty/Staff  $200.00                Student   $160.00            

After March 15, 2002 -  All participants registering after March 15th MUST register (pay) on-site at the Hyatt Regency, April 4 – 6, 2002.  Fax or e-mail Registration Form indicating On-Site Registration. 

            On-Site Registration:                Faculty/Staff  $275.00                Student   $160.00

Confirmation

Those who pre-register will be sent an e-mail confirmation of their conference registration.  If you do not receive confirmation within four weeks of submitting the registration forms, verify that payment was actually sent before calling Gail Walters @ CSULB [(562) 985-8470 or e-mail gwalters@csulb.edu ].  All registrants will receive a registration receipt when they check-in on-site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel conference registration and request a refund, a written request must be submitted.  Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.  Refund requests received by March 3, 2002 will receive a full refund minus a handling fee of $50.00.  No refunds will be honored after March 3, 2002.  Refund checks will be issued four to six weeks after the conference.
