EOP Rules and Regulations

  1. Every student must maintain a 2.00 GPA.
  2. Every student must carry a minimum of 12 units each quarter with a minimum of 36 units completed at the end of the academic year. Any student who carries less than 12 units must have a conference with the Director before going below the minimum, and must have written permission from the Director.
  3. A student may be dropped from the program if support services are not utilitzed when on academic probation.
  4. All EOP students are required to turn in their course schedules at the beginning of each quarter.
  5. All EOP students must pre-register at the appropriate time and, in all cases should have their proposed schedule checked by an EOP counseler.
  6. EOP students planning whithdrawals, deletion of classes, or other academic changes must notify the EOP staff prior to the legal deadlines for such actions and must have the written approval of the staff.
  7. Notify the EOP office when you change addresses or telephone numbers.
  8. EOP may withold financial disbursements if any of these regulations are violated.
