CSUB Commencement Platform Party Instructions

Date:	Monday, November 30, 2009
Time:	1:00 pm
Schools:	All Schools and Graduates
Ceremony Location:	Icardo Center
Arrival Time:	12:00 pm (noon)
Line-Up Location:	Icardo Room
Parking:	Please park in Lot I and use the permit sent to you.
Amenities:	Light Refreshments will be available, and you may change into your regalia in the Icardo Room. The platform party will join the processional at approximately 12:50 p.m. for the march to the Icardo Center, and the ceremony will conclude at 4:00 p.m. or shortly after.

CSUB Faculty Instructions

Ceremony Location:	Icardo Center
Arrival Time:	12:00 pm (noon)
Line-Up Location:	Old Gym
	Graduate Coordinators and faculty will be at the front of the processional. They will be bollowed by students who will march by department and will be led by designated student representatives carrying signs identifying each major. Students will be hooded and awarded their degrees by department and presented to the President by the academic deans. If you need academic regalia, you may rent it through the Runner Bookstore.
