Ticket Distribution Details:

Please note that ticket allocation is based upon the actual number of students participating in each ceremony, capacity of the venue and to ensure that everyone enjoys the celebration. Your graduation from CSUB is a major milestone in your life, and we wish that we could issue an unlimited amount of tickets for your loved ones. However, we must accommodate some guests for all of our students.

To ensure adequate seating at each of the commencement ceremonies, tickets will be required for all guests. Commencement tickets are complimentary and will be first distributed at Grad Fair. If you are unable to attend Grad Fair, you can pick up your tickets until 12:00PM on Friday, May 10th in the 'Runner Bookstore on CSUB's campus, or at the front desk of CSUB-AV. A friend or family member may pick up your tickets if he/she shows your identification card, if you are unable to come during Bookstore or AV hours.

If you do not pick up your tickets by the times mentioned above, we cannot guarantee you will receive your full number of commencement tickets.

On Tuesday, May 21nd 10:00am -2:00pm, up to 2 additional tickets per student will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Runner Bookstore (a proportional amount will also be available at the AV campus front desk at the same time).

When these tickets run out, we will have no more tickets available and the events will be considered sold out.

If your name is not on the ticket distribution list or you do not have an active application for graduation on file, you should contact your Evaluator at the Office of Admissions and Records at 661-654-3036.
