Subject: Changes in Custodial Services

Due to limited resources, the Custodial Department is in the process
of implementing changes in the current custodial services provided to
the campus. Effective
November 1, 2005, the frequencies of custodial tasks will change.
Some of the changes include the following:
- Office waste cans will be emptied Weekly
- Classroom floors will be swept and mopped on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Classroom whiteboards will be cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Because our resources are limited and that every effort
is being made to reduce budgeted expenditures, it will be necessary to
modify our approach in providing current custodial services. The Custodial
