I want to take this opportunity to bring you up to date on the work that has been going on with regards to the Division’s strategic plan for the next five years. The planning process allows for all of us in BAS to get together on a continuing basis to plan collectively the character and future of our Division. Our strategic planning is the culmination of participation and communication involving the management Leadership Committee and many of you throughout the Division and I thank you all for your involvement. As a result of this recent planning process, please find attached the strategic direction to use as a guide for individual department’s planning and goals in the coming years.
