Facilities Management |
Facilities Management provides efficient and professional campus
planning services and information related to physical growth
of the CSUB campus. This department is responsible for ensuring
compliance with all applicable building codes and public
works contracting law and maintaining the aesthetic integrity
of the campus. Facilities Management
provides all planning, design and construction administration
to alter or build facilities for CSUB. Our major responsibilities
include campus master planning, the Five Year Capital Improvement
Program, and working with the Vice President for Business
and Administrative Services and the campus community regarding

| A department within Facilities Management, E&EM is responsible for development of space programs and schematic documents for academic and administrative use. It provides the University with Professional engineering and architectural services for small and medium size projects. This department is also responsible for maintaining CSUB's heating/ventilating and air conditioning systems and management of utility resources. |
