Michael A. Neal has served as Vice President for Business and Administrative Services since 1996. As a member of the president's cabinet, he is responsible for continuing and developing a broad spectrum of allied business and administrative support activities, both state and non-state funded and coordinating departments of financial management services, budget, human resources, facilities management, energy management, and facilities planning, safety and risk management, and public safety - university police.
