BAS Departments

This page contains information on all departments (ORG CHART) that encompasses the BAS division and provides access to major administrative offices consisting of the following:

BAS Departments

Delivers financial services in accounting, audit billing and collections, budget planning and administration, cashiering, purchasing / procurement, contracts, insurance, reprographics and printshop, travel and student financials.

Responsible for the policies and procedures for the recruitment, selection, and appointment of non-academic employees, information related to employee benefits, on-campus educational and professional development and payroll issues.

Maintains, operates and preserves the University's facilities, road and grounds maintenance/repair, mailroom, shipping & receiving, storage and warehousing, campus stores, property management and custodial services. Also provides professional services for a quality-built environment to maintain and operate the heating/ventilation/air conditioning needs to the campus, facilities planning and is responsible for utility resource management.

Strives to ensure a safe and healthy environment through campus compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, risk management, and recycling.

Strives to promote and maintain a safe campus environment, provides emergency response assistance, first aid, criminal investigations, disaster preparedness, parking enforcement, traffic control and transportation systems management.
